This is by far the worst apartments community in Traverse City. Do not rent at this place. The staff is ridiculous, rude, very unprofessional, and do not fix any issues. Finishes are old and beat up. Appliances don't work or fit spaces. Dishwashers aren't fastened and just sitting under the counter. The list goes on. Way overpriced! You would be better off staying at the Goodwill Inn.
