This was my first time trying this salon, and I was genuinely excited to go in for a fresh new look. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t go as I had hoped. Headspace salon has a great vibe and my stylist Ivy did an amazing job at listening to what I wanted, advising on products and providing a beautiful color and cut!
I went to this salon for the first time to get highlights. I have lived in Austin 36 years, and I live south and was trying to find a salon southsidSouthside. A young hairdresser named Emna highlighted my hair. She was very hostile with me during the consultation before we started. She has no people skills. Absolutely loved my experience here! Taylor B is amazing, I’m obsessed with my hair! Salon has the best aesthetic, everyone was nice. I’m so glad I found my new hair salon & hair stylist!
ETA- do not go here! erin messed up my hair, didn’t give me what i wanted, & only responded to this review that she will not fix what she messed up. I am still crying after leaving my appt over 3hrs ago. I had an appt w/ Erin to get my hair corrected after the first 2 times I visited Headspace where another stylist didn’t quite make the mark.
