John the intake guy there was absolutely appalling. Kept asking me if I had a certain diagnosis, and I kept saying no, and he repeatedly asked me to the point I became distressed. I believe he was asking me if I had this to automatically disqualify me from the service for being too "complicated". At the beginning of the call, he said he'll link me to other service's if I'm not a match.
