This was supposed to be a site to help with productivity and save time and it may be. Unfortunately I wasn't even able to see the work. They were quick to charge me but when I ask for a simple login issue, they don't respond. No way to contact them. No help from the "support" email. I emailed multiple times with no response. I will have to dispute the charge. I'd love recommendations of other websites that can do this.
Disappointing customer service on a simple request I’ve used headshots.com for my whole team, so I’m sorry to write this. One of my photos came back with a significant distortion that wasn’t visible until after I’d paid for and downloaded it. I didn’t ask for extra rounds of edits. I asked for a $15 credit to choose a different photo. That small request has turned into weeks of back and forth, and I’ve repeatedly had to follow up just to get a reply. My experience with headshots was very poor. the first edit, they tanned me, thinned me out, straightened and whitened my teeth, took all the lines out of my face and changed my smile so my top lip covered my gums. I sent it back 4 times asking for all edits besides the background color be taken off. I had to go to the person at my company in charge of this and a support specialist from headshots reached out to me to ensure this would be fixed.
