I find this service clunky and obnoxious. They give feedback that's incorrect (saying I have red eye or shadows from a professional photographer - which it didn't - and then showing me a picture that's worse as an example of something acceptable). Sorry I don't want to have to take a picture of myself with the back of my iPhone camera in a way that fits their criteria that I also look half-way decent in... I was referred to Headshots by the company I work for, after a recent takeover. The process to take and upload photos was very straightforward and the online tutorials were easy to follow. It took a few minutes and I was done.
