I ordered a ANR helmet let from Headsets Inc through Aircraft Spruce. Once installed, I had an occasional squeal in the left ear. I took apart the cup to check wiring and make sure I didn’t have a hole or solder joint touching somewhere. I didn’t, and I found that placing my hand in various spots on and around the ANR module created the tone and varying frequencies. — to the good part — I called Headsets Inc and didn’t get the first robot prompt, it was Richard that picked up. Excellent support, very helpful by phone, haven't tried email. Their kit works great. I've been using one for over a year now, and I plan to buy three more for the family headsets.

Even if the product is very good, their support is very poor. They sent me some wrong spare parts (cables for a different type of headset) and refused any kind of help once verified the problem. In addition, they fail to answer to e-mails. This is very disappointing.
