I was traveling from Asheville to Florence last week when my Mercedes began overheating in Spartanburg. The tow truck driver recommended Heads Up Automotive. He said, "a nice car like this needs specialized attention. I'll tell you were I would go if I were you." What great folks! They were able to repair my car (I did have to leave it) at a fair price and completed the repairs when promised. They also did a full inspection that let me know of issues on the horizon. they replaced spark plugs on my bmw a few months ago. Car started sputtering last week and brought it back to have it looked at. One of the spark plugs was defective. They replaced all 6 free of charge. Can’t ask for much better than that. They’re really nice and excellent communicators to boot
My 2009 BMW had a sudden major failure while passing through Spartangburg, visiting from Canada. A local car rental Enterprise highly recommended Heads Up. They were very accommodating to our special situation despite been very busy and went out of their way to solve our issue in the best of time. Jay was extremely helpful, quick on follow ups and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jay! Diagnostic was documented and very detailed. They got our car fixed the day after we brought it in. Highly recommended!
Alli is AMAZING! They communicated all issues with my 2014 BMW 428i! Suggested what I should fix immediately and provided a complimentary Uber home! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Chris and his team are helpful, responsive and just great to deal with. my wife and I purchased a car for a weekend driving and Chris and his team gave it a post purchase inspection made recommendations on what needed to be serviced and waht looked good. We tackled some of the top priorities. He made the whole process very easy. I feel very comfortable working with them, and will do so in the future.
