My experience at HeadQuarters was awesome the guys treated me fantastic..great customer service .I loved it..nice clean safe environment. �
The experience was horrible. No customer service. No sign in sheet. After a three-hour wait and no one acknowledged that we were sitting and waiting. We finally left without being serviced. Not to mention people came in after we did and was serviced. UNBELIEVABLE!!
I've never done a review before and I hate that it has to be a bad one but I just left the Beavercreek location in the mall and the barber had no sense of customer service and the cut was whack. I will not be coming back.
First time I went, the guy didn’t really listened to what I wanted but the other barber I went to which was the barber in seat 7 got my haircut correct and perfect...
I enjoyed visiting this barbershop in the Fairfield mall location. At first I was concerned if I had to sit in and wait, since I didn't call in for a appointment . . . but they had a open seat for me. Mike D. Did a great job with my hair and gave me great service. If you looking for a quick and valuable haircut this is the place.
Best barbershop around. AJ cuts my hair everytime. Imo he's the best around. Always leaving satisfied
