We didn’t buy a car from here (yet), but we did look. The experience here was fantastic. We came in, spoke with Snoop, and he was chill and accommodating. He let us both do test drives, which can sometimes be tricky with these dealerships when they’re busy. The best part about it was the lack of pressure we felt. Tony is a terrific salesman to work with he went over the top to help us
The service coupons are a scam. I get there and they don't honor the coupons. They apply diagnostic fee to whatever is not going to be fixed. $1,000 for diagnosis, rear brakes and oil change on a 2010 car.
I recently purchased a Genesis GV70 at Headquarters genesis at Sanford. I was lucky enough to get Tony Frazier as my sales person. He was professional and courteous , as most sales people are, however what set him apart was that he was not pushy. He gave facts of particular vehicle , price, various discounts and showed the car. He gave me my space and allowed me to make my decision.
