I rarely write reviews but I felt annoyed when I left the salon. I had ben there previously and had a great bang trim . Unfortunately I dont think the guy who cut it , is still there. Today I went in for a wash and blow dry. In spite of my stressing I wanted the blow dry to be straight as it curls in this weather, I had to ask to have some sections redone. Got my haircut by Mick at the castro location. They were extremely accommodating, polite, and welcoming. Gave me a great experience and I couldn’t stop smiling because I was so happy with my haircut. Money well spent here
Hit or miss depending on who you book with, but great atmmosphere love all locatios
