I can't comment on the rest of the staff but don't book an appointment with Kimmie unless you have a lot of time to waste. I was told I had to wait for two other people before me on my last two visits there. What is the point of booking an appointment if you have to wait for 40 minutes or more in a very crammed environment. She's very unprofessional and unreliable.
