Lindsey did such a great job! I've lived in Tyler 2 years and this was hands down the best haircut Ive had here.
Just wanted to make note that the customer service here is wonderful. I went in last week for a touch up like you normally would after several weeks. There was a small mixup with my color, so I called them and they were MORE than willing to fix the issue. I even got a call back from the stylist after I had talked to the manager. After having some major issues with another company (completely different industry) whose customer service is COMPLETELY lacking, is great to see a company that appreciates its customers.
Love the way Melinda cuts my hair ! All the girls are so sweet and friendly and it's a "feel good" atmosphere!
Great haircuts by Brittany, Cambree, and Rachel. No complaints.
