I contacted headlight a few months ago to make an appointment for my teen son, as my dad had just received a terminal cancer diagnosis and he had a very close father type relationship with my son. Since my first meeting with Heather Morris began I have found hope. She is so comforting in her style and makes me feel valid. Its easy to make phone calls check billing everything. I would most definitely recommend it.

I have never experienced such dehumanizing, coercive, and distressing treatment from a medical office. I have been trying to receive treatment from this clinic since August 2025. It is now January 2026, and I have received zero treatment and little to no response to repeated attempts at communication.
