Honestly therapist were okay often felt like I was just talking to some rather then getting help . And session were extremely overpriced although the set up was very convenient would research better options next time
Pam Reubin is a good therapist and has helped me through some rough spots.
Honestly I wanted to like Headlight because of the ease of setting appointments…But I tried two separate counselors with them and both were awful experiences. Most recently the provider was condescending and even called herself out with “that may have sounded judgmental but…” I spent the rest of the session with my chin quivering trying not to cry.
