They don’t accept Medicaid. Bummer. Those who really need help are shut out in favor of people with enough money to afford insurance or who can pay out of pocket. My nephew uses this company and is happy with it. My adult stepson, who has a severe hearing problem and depends on Medicaid, is not welcome. 🤷♀️
I see several providers through Sokya/Headlight Health, and every one of them has been life changing for the better. There’s nothing wrong with the therapists but headlight/sokoya outsource their office work and are just overall horrible at communication. Just try a different company.
