I enjoyed getting to know my person and letting her into my life. She listened understood and literally told me things I should have already known. But yeah, that’s why we go so they help us understand things we cannot see.

I have never experienced such dehumanizing, coercive, and distressing treatment from a medical office. I have been trying to receive treatment from this clinic since August 2025. It is now January 2026, and I have received zero treatment and little to no response to repeated attempts at communication. If you really care about your mental health, don’t come here. They’re disorganized and non empathetic, they’ve cancelled my appointment same day twice and when I ask questions to try to find a solution they’re ironic/funny. Not good. Save your time and find another provider.

While this clinic has passed through several hands, my therapist has always been there. Helped has helped me get on my feet, helped me understand why I am the way I am, and taught me to see myself differently (in a positive way). I am a telehealth client from across the state and have never had an issue with appointments, billing, or anything else really. Have recommended to my closest friends.
