My counselor was very understanding and very helpful for me to understand about the issues worries fears that I was dealing with it's the first one I already feel like I'm on the right path to a better life.

The counseling session with Sokya was awful. The counselor was 11min late for our session from the start. Also, he was never prepped for our talk. Sokya asked me to pre-filled counseling paper works with some generic questions. He was 11min late after our session started and he started asking me those generic questions that I already filled in a week earlier. This is a waste of my time and the he was just so unprofessional.

Really disappointed with how my request for a couples counselor was handled. We had one session with one person and decided it wasn’t a good match. Asked to be placed with a different counselor & were put on a waitlist. Heard back from them & scheduled with a new person (about two weeks out). Heard back the night before the appt that the person actually doesn’t do couples counseling & were told we would need to be put back on a waitlist for an available counselor.
