Dr took me off schedule and refused to see me without letting me know anything until I came back in for office visit. What an unprofessional thing to do... At least call me to let me know. Sure am glad it wasn’t something with my children needing to see the dr.

the doctor, PA and staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They take time to listen to the patient and make sure all questions are answered. They really care about you
I can't remember how long I've been a patient of Ramona's, ( I've never seen Rasmussen) probably 9 years or so. We have not always seen eye to eye about some things, but she doesn't give up or acts offended if you question what she suggests(like other egos I've seen in the past). I don't see her as often as she would like, but she still takes care of me better than ANYONE I've seen in the past. I don't know what I will do if she decides to retire. Kudos to Ramona Bolin!!! (and she knows I don't give compliments freely😁).
They are a great family care practice.
