I have suffered my entire life with severe clinical depression, OCD, and as of of the last 7 years, hideous ADHD and have sadly been resistant to prescribed medications up until now. Unfortunately I've had a repeated pattern instances where an appointment was made for me and the medication was not in office 4x. They will send an uber to your house to pick you up, and even set you up with one to take you home. They pick you up, you show up and then a provider comes out to tell you there's no medication. This has happened to me 4x. There was another patient in the waiting room that explained she had the same thing happen to her. I reached out to find a new place for medication management and treatments. First no one could tell me if they could do medication management or not and I would need to do an initial video consultation with a NP to determine if they could and if it was a good fit. I stressed that having one place to do both was important to me. They pushed the consult and said it would be no charge. I had an incredible experience at Heading Health in Dallas. The entire facility feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed—it really stands out compared to other places I’ve been.
