Unfortunately I've had a repeated pattern instances where an appointment was made for me and the medication was not in office 4x. They will send an uber to your house to pick you up, and even set you up with one to take you home. They pick you up, you show up and then a provider comes out to tell you there's no medication. I reached out to find a new place for medication management and treatments. First no one could tell me if they could do medication management or not and I would need to do an initial video consultation with a NP to determine if they could and if it was a good fit. I stressed that having one place to do both was important to me. They pushed the consult and said it would be no charge.
