Similarly to another person they tried to get me to lie during the intake to qualify for insurance, though I refused to. really can’t overstate how much my life has changed this past year compared to where I was last April before starting treatment at Heading. Scammers… red flags from the start. the Nurse Practitioner kept listing out a list of antidepressants and get me to lie to say I’ve failed them so she can pass me and qualify for the service. If I don’t qualify please be truthful instead of egging me on to lie. They are unethical. On top of that, they said the consultation was free but charged me $400. I would never put myself in a vulnerable position under their care. Not trustworthy.

The clinical staff is very kind and supportive and you get your own room with a real door and cushy recliner to rest in during your session.
