I had a bad experience today which was very disappointing. I had a 12:00 appointment for a pedicure. I waited until 12:40 before I was given a very insincere "sorry, I didn't know you were on my schedule". No attempt was made to make it right. This is really too bad given the number of places in Portland you can walk-in for a pedicure. I won't waste my time again.
Maureen is amazingly talented and she has a wonderful personality. I've never been so happy with my hair. The salon location is fantastic and the entire staff was extremely friendly.
Alanna York is a rock star in the world of curly hair as far as I'm concerned. She "rocked" my world with the best hair cut I've ever had--and at age 60, I've had many. I highly recommend this salon and their Controlled Chaos cuts AND the new Controlled Chaos Curl Creme. I drove across the state to get there--worth every minute! Thank you, Alanna, for restoring my hair and my faith in my curls!!!!!
Sarah is AMAZING! I haven't found a hairdresser I like in Portland until I came here! My cut is perfect! I loved it so much I came back and got balayage highlights from her. My hair tends to pull brassy blonde when highlighted but she worked to make it perfect and I couldn't be more happy. Definitely recommend!
Had an incredible color job by Krissy Huff. Far and away the best color job I've ever had. I came in with a vision but no way to articulate it and Krissy really gave me exactly what I was looking for. Finally found a place I can call home for my salon services!
Head Games with such a special part of my wedding weekend. Having all my girls together the day before the wedding to get our nails done was so perfect. The staff was really nice about letting us have the space to mingle, and also making sure that everybody got in for their manis or pedis. For me especially, Sarah was just amazing. Got a great hair cut yesterday. My hair went from very long to very short and it was a little terrifying. Sarah did a great job and I love it!
