Total Package – I have been a client at Headcase since the salon opened. During every visit, I receive consistent and professional service. I am very particular about my hair and love to change up my color often. I consider a visit to the salon "me" time and a trip to Headcase is one of my favorite things to do. Great Salon & Great Stylists – I've been going to Headcase since it's opening in 2006. I can not say enough positive comments about Missy, the atmosphere of the salon, and the staff. The service and professionalism is outstanding. I used to be a "try out another salon and stylist" person until I found Missy. Very Disappointed in color and service – I'm not sure why this salon has gotten so many great reviews. My hairstylist stopped doing hair and so I was forced to find someone new. I've been to DL Lowry, who did a great job on the color of my hair but I wasn't thrilled with the personality of the stylist so I kept looking. I fell upon this salon and it had some great reviews. Overrated... – I had my hair colored and highlight. The stylist recommended colors different from what I desired and I ended up not liking it. The people there seemed cold and had a forced enthusiasm. When I asked the stylist who does extensions about the cost, she snootily told me they were expensive. Mind you, I have a 3 carat diamond ring on my finger. Needless to say, I've never gone back.
Talent has finally been found!!! Best service in Indianapolis!! – This Salon truley is amazing!! The stylist here are artist! This is one of the few salons in Indianapolis that is not at all caddy, nor fake. What you see is what you get! the girls there are sooooo cute and always have smiles on their faces. Best Hair Extensions ANYWHERE – I had gone to Splash since doors opened. My stylist moved out of state. Went to owner and then to Lush. Never satisfied and way toooooo expensive and caddy but when it comes to my hair I will spend anything if it is worth it. Found Headcase salon and it has been a dream. I love my hair...Melissa rocks! – Okay, I admit it--I am REALLY picky when it comes to my hair! I went to several other salons in the Carmel/Westfield area before I finally found Headcase, and wasn't satisfied with the services I received from any of them.
