The staff here are, for the most part, unfeeling and uncaring. Ruth at the front desk is the wicked witch of the practice. After I was referred to Dr. Liebowitz, the administrator demanded that my records from my previous doctor be FAXED. They have no email. My previous doctor is part of a huge corporation and has a separate entity to do records. They ONLY send email.
