I used to come here frequently. It was a great relaxing experience at a good price. I didn't mind the shared space as everyone was respectful and quiet. That's until today.. Came with my daughter and husband. Hoping to get a relaxing massage as I've had a stressful couple months with ongoing health issues. I called to make an appointment, we were set at 4. 30ins later, I was asked to come at 430 but I said that's too late. She agreed to 415. Head to Toe has good masseurs for an extremely affordable price!
I always get great massage here.
Not true reflexology. The lady wasted time in between warming up water and going to the reception to answer calls. She effectively wasted 15 minutes of a 30 minute massage. This place is a joke.
I went in with great hopes of a relaxing massage but the lady massages your bones!! I told her to do it softer but she kept at it. She kept grinding on my back bones and it's hurting me so much after. The customer service is not the best either.
