Joanie couldn't be more kind and caring when she grooms a dog..rather large or small. She takes care of our yellow lab (and many labs before her), and now Desi, who takes a little EXTRA attention because he is blind. Joan is a true animal lover, and we are big fans!
Joan was amazing! My poor cat Stevie had horrible mats in his fur and she was so gentle and loving he was purring. I'm so glad I was referred to her. You can truly tell she cares about animals. I have found out forever groomer!
My 10 year old dog has always hated being groomed until we found Head to Tail . Joan is awesome! Bailey loves and trusts her.

Joan does such a great job with our dog, Sammi! We started going to see her three and a half years ago when we first got Sammi and have followed her after her move to Howell because she does such a great job we did not want to switch to someone new. Sammi is actually excited to go there to see her which is quite the testimony considering what she has to go through during the grooming process. I have recommended Joan to friends and will continue to do so.
