Liz is hands-down the most talented, professional, and skilled massage therapist I’ve ever seen. I’ve dealt with chronic muscle spasms since an injury in 2021 and have worked with many massage therapists and physical therapists, but only ever found short-term relief. Liz is one of my favorite massage therapists. She really has a magic touch! I love that she actually listens during her consultation and will customize the session to your exact needs. She also has great recommendations for products to use at home to ease pain and tension. I highly recommend her services!
I had the best massage of my life with Liz this morning!! She was able to help alleviate the pain I was having in my problem areas and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated!
