Stylist was outside store smoking with a "friend". I walked in the store and stood for 10 minutes before the other "stylist" acknowledged I was there. She took my name. I was waiting for 20 minutes when the smoking stylist came in the store and preceded to cut her friends hair. Another customer comes in after I had been waiting 30 minutes.
