Overall I had awful experience. I asked for a grey ombré and got a horrendous orange mess. I went back and complained and while the gm was very kind and gave me free products and tried to fix it, after one wash it looked horrible again and my ends are totally fried. $1200 down the drain. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
