I grew up on Head Country. It's the best sauce out there! I'll never buy anything else.
My father and grandfather were faithful to head country sauce and you will never catch me without it. The only sauce or rub I recommend other than my own is Head Country and no-one is ever disappointed.

Pretty much the best seasoning known to man, I use it on everything from brats to burgers to ribs and chicken...can't go wrong with it.
