I use the Championship seasoning and all the sauces at Michael's Barbeque Shack in Amarillo. Gives my smoked meats a distinctive flavor that my customers love. Best rub I have found in 25 years and the sauces are hard to beat.

We use head country. And won a throw down. It's delicious
I never liked bbq sauce and I'm still not a fan because I'm a dry rub kind of guy but the only sauce I'll use is head country and that dry rub, forget about it, best rub for smoking any and all meats. I would buy a 5 gallon bucket of the rub if I could.
