Brandy and her team are so lovely, the studio has a great vibe. I’ve been going to Brandy for years and she never disappoints. She listens to what I want, recommends what will work for my hair and the end result is always better than I expect. Highly recommend Head Case!
MESSED UP MY HAIR NO FULL REFUND I let Brandy and Kayla Webb know I loved my long hair. Kayla promised me just 1-2 inches, she instead cut off 4-5 inches without my CONSENT. My hair is orange I asked for neutral. She is not fully refunding me even though she agrees it’s nothing like I asked for. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR A WOMAN!!!!
Brandy at Head Case Hair Studio is truly amazing. I’ve never been this happy with my hair until I started seeing her. She takes the time to understand what you’re hoping for, gives great suggestions, and then somehow delivers a result that’s even better than you pictured. My cut is flattering, the color looks vibrant and natural, and it still styles beautifully at home. On top of that, she’s warm, easy to talk to, and makes the whole appointment feel relaxing
My daughter and I both saw Jess Harlow and are thrilled with our services! I had a slight colour correction to one section of my hair, followed by an all over colour. The shade is beautiful and rich. My daughter has very curly hair and Jess took the time and care to explain the best ways to maintain her natural hair texture. The salon itself was bright and clean- a lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend!
