Vanessa moved from Rapunzel to Head Case and I will follow her wherever she goes. She has been doing my hair for years and is hands down the best! Kind, unendingly professional and a wonderful person as well as a talented stylist.

Autumn fried off my hair about a year and an half ago. Hasn’t grown an inch since. I had semi healthy hair and she wrongly informed me about a bleach out and convinced me to try it. I was 15 at the time and didn’t know better so I decided to trust her word. I have been so insecure about my hair since then. On top of all of that the rude owner of this store got mad at me and was extremely rude and unprofessional for telling her I think I was done unfairly and I would like a refund so I could go try to get it fixed elsewhere. ... read more
