Update 03/24/2025 After posting my review I was reached out to by Herb Easley and after having meetings / conversations with members of the Herb Easley staff, have received more information. This situation seems to be a poor reflection of Mazda rather than on Herb Easley themselves. My 70 day experience so far. I took my Mazda CX-5 in on January 7th, 2025 to Herb Easley Motors, due to transmission-related issues, they took it in for inspection and found that it had a bad torque converter (which Mazda has a TSB out on). I spent a month waiting while they worked with my extended warranty to resolve pricing and determine the best method for getting me back on the road again. Drove thru parking lot looking at cars. They still have same inventory that they had last spring. Only difference was now the cars are dirty and covered in bird droppings.
Cody Herriott was great very professional and the deal was affordable. I didn’t feel like they tried to shake me down. Would recommend
Horrible service department. Didn't fix my Mazda's issues and scratched my infotainment screen. Do not go here for service.
