When Hetman first came by to give us a quote, the guy who came out actually walked the whole perimeter of the house and pointed out why our current gutters were overflowing in certain spots. It wasn't just a sales pitch, he explained what was going on with the pitch and the downspout placement. We discovered a stretch of gutter on the back of the house that was pulling away from the fascia and dumping water right next to the patio door. Tried to ignore it for a season and of course it got worse. The wood behind it was soft by the time Hetman came out to look. They ran me through what needed to happen, said the fascia had to be addressed before they could put new gutter up properly, and gave me a price that covered both. Took them about a day and a half.
