We discovered a stretch of gutter on the back of the house that was pulling away from the fascia and dumping water right next to the patio door. Tried to ignore it for a season and of course it got worse. The wood behind it was soft by the time Hetman came out to look. Started looking into gutter companies after noticing our existing ones were pulling away from the house in a few spots. Hetman was responsive from the start and had someone out within a few days to assess everything. They recommended a full replacement which made sense given the age.
