Traffic was flat for two quarters and I could see it in the analytics but could not work out why. they audited it, found the site had been migrated badly and half the old pages were redirecting to the homepage. that was the whole problem. the fix was unglamorous and it worked. I run a masonry company and I understand enough to know when somebody is guessing. these people weren't.

When the old gutters came down, you could see how badly they had been hung... Herman Gutters installation put the new up with the proper spacing on the hangers and a real slope to the down spouts. Water goes where it should now and the fascists stay dry..

After the second time the basement took water I stopped blaming the sump and looked outside. the gutters were undersized for the roof area and nobody had ever mentioned that to me. these ones measured the roof before quoting, and apparently that isn't standard practice. bigger profile, more downspouts, and the ones on the back corners run out to the side of the property now. waiting for a slot took two weeks and i'd have waited longer. the work was completed without dragging on, and the fascia they replaced on the north side... read more

When Hetman first came by to give us a quote, the guy who came out actually walked the whole perimeter of the house and pointed out why our current gutters were overflowing in certain spots. It wasn't just a sales pitch, he explained what was going on with the pitch and the downspout placement. We decided to do a full gutter replacement and add guards since we were tired of cleaning them every fall. Scheduling was easy and they gave us a firm date. We discovered a stretch of gutter on the back of the house that was pulling away from the fascia and dumping water right next to the patio door. Tried to ignore it for a season and of course it got worse. The wood behind it was soft by the time Hetman came out to look. They ran me through what needed to happen, said the fascia had to be addressed before they could put new gutter up properly, and gave me a price that covered both. Took them about a day and a half.
