*rubs hands together* I used this company a few years ago to rent a Mini Ex for a month - I did this with my credit card - No big deal some confusion when I broke a hydraulic line that I paid to have replaced etc and when it was returned they charged me again - ok - was a miss communication between me and the service manager apparently but the equipment itself worked as it should have - I was able to clear the land I needed and remove stumps etc - The process to get the rental reserved was fabulous and no big deal.. I've been dealing with H&E for over a year now and they are outstanding. They have repaired my personal equipment multiple times and they are always fast at getting the repairs done. Mike, the service manager, and Hayley, in the parts department, clearly communicate updates to me as far as when parts will arrive and when my equipment is expected to be fixed.
