Had issues with ordering online and gave a 2 star review.. was contacted within 30 minutes from a Jim, saying he is the ceo.. didn't care about the issue.. just wanted me to change it to 5 star... after I refused he wanted to just agree to cancel order.. I said no.. but he did it anyway.. there is something wrong with this person.. dont know why a business would treat a consumer this way.. I have all the emails to show the conversation..greg
