It has been five months and we are still awaiting our refund. We continue to be shorted the amount agreed to in our policy. Apparently we were sold a policy from India and the reason given that nothing can be done. Imagine the time to file a claim. It likely would never get paid. ...Your response shows you claim to have no control over the service you claim to provide. It is simple. Get out your checkbook and pay us what is owed. You could have done this July 4th. Our refund still not returned.
