Called to get my window fixed under warranty in June of 2015, it has almost been 1-year and my window is still not fixed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Several promised delivery dates have been given, and every time we get to that date the window magically breaks.
I called and within 30 min he was here giving me a bid,i had him do the job .I would recommend his services he's open on Saturday he is available by phone
Our front door glass got broken, so we called several places and Kent was very straightforward from the very first time we called. Not only we got the best price on glass replacement, but also the customer service and the follow up was great. He even put a temporary glass on the door just to get us through the storm till they got the new glass installed. I will be using the service for my future glass and windows need.
