They aren't to speedy on fixing things.I don't think they should be in this business.
It's okay but they don't fix things right away or replace outdated appliances. They don't take rent out when it's paid. You have to pay with a check or money order. We paid our rent last week and they still haven't cashed our check. Updated: 09/11/20. Updated on 11/13/2023... I currently reside at 8th Ave apartments been there for almost 21 years. They recently removed all washers and dryers from all buildings and now.we have no way of washing our clothes and we have no laundromat nearby for us to take our clothes to.
Very disappointing I've lived here for 5 years and there has been a washer and dryer yesterday we get a notice there taking them out the Apts there saying cause of theft and vandoulum if someone gets there clothes stole cause there not watching there laundry that's not hda fault its the tenants why punish the good tenants by taking out our way to do clothes some people don't have cars to drive to laundry matt when we moved in there stated a washer on premises this is damn sad we want our washers back
I love the Apts I rent but it is extremely disappointing when I have to call leave 4or 5 voicmails to ask to see if I have a rent credit I try and pay a few months a head and they act as if it kills them to look up and send a letter ir tell me by phone they sometimes get smart by phone saying u need to keep track pretty darn sad how lazy people are and no one has good customer service I've been renting here for 6 or 7 years and one lady not sure name gets rude when u call pretty sad I will say they do fix what u need fixed b... read more
