AVOID this company at all cost. Don't believe the good ratings! They are NOT true. I paid 5-6 house inspections with this company during Oct - Dec 2024. After purchased the last house and moved in, then i discovered the wet subfloor & leaked roof (These were NOT found by the inspector and not mentioned in the report). They cost me lots of money to repair. I won't buy the last house if not because of the misleading inspection report. They are bad at their expertise! I regret much by engaging them.
