Always good customer service
Question to whitecap, if a forklift driver shows up, is he supposed to help you load up concrete bags or just sit there on this phone happen twice, just a question, the bigger set guy working there if that's the case, I want that guy's job. Just show up with the pallet and have the customer loaded up, even if it's heavy
I have a company account, so anytime I place an order on will call. They have it ready for me when I pick it up.
The guy in receiving is making my driver wait 3 days to get unloaded. Every other White Cap facility is awesome, avoid this one.
