It's all good ...
Whom ever is in charge of training the people at the front desk needs to go over and give a refresher! We had a will call pick up and some worker comes out screaming at my guys when he could have simply directed them to the back of the building. Horrible bad coustomer service. We spent a lot here and definitely do not deserve this kind of treatment.
The working environment at HD Supply in Austin, TX, has proven to be incompatible with my needs as a warehouse worker with Autism, requiring accommodations that are not currently being met
As a Housekeeping Manager, I love HD Supply!! They always have everything that I need and the best thing is that I receive my orders the next day. Chris, he always text me when he’s close to the hotel so we can get ready to receive the order. That’s very helpful for us and we don’t make him waste his time waiting for us to sign the delivery. He’s very friendly and funny… Best Driver HD Supply can have!!!!
