Came here I backed in the door! I ring the doorbell! The box truck driver let me in, I asked the first employee I saw and they pointed me to the supervisor! I said Hello to the supervisor and let him know I was delivering 3 pallets! He told me to go to the door I pulled in and then he came over said he refused the pallets ok cool he said I’m tired of you LTL drivers coming here when you feel like it! HD Supply is the worst supply vendor I have ever worked with. They cancel items with no notice. It takes weeks if not months before we get our items so next day shipping is a joke. Their promotions aren't even worth it for the amount of time you will have to be on the phone just to get the items. If I could give you zero stars I would!
If I could rate a zero that would be best. Seriously avoid this company at all costs, I needed closet door hardware for a customer of mine. Took over 2 weeks to deliver, to which the track was still missing. 4 calls to the company and waiting 30+ min on hold every time, finally yielded the answer to my question of why it's taking so long, it was lost in transit. I ordered a door online. It was damaged during transit so it never came. After it was 3 days late, I called to find out why. They notified me it was damaged and they refunded my money without telling me my order was damaged or cancelled. Then they offered me a 10% discount to reorder the same door so I agreed and reordered. Again, the door didn't come so again I call them. I ordered online. There was no mention of signature required for deliveries and I believe it is a private delivery company, so you cannot track it. I was supposed to have my delivery yesterday. When I spoke to representative yesterday, I was told I'd have the delivery today. I've been waiting at this site all day to sign for a package that is now not coming until tomorrow, again. Meanwhile my project is now officially a day behind and I still don't have the materials.
