5 stars soley due to the HD Rep assigned to my property, Rick Harman. Rick is so amazing and helpful. I had no maintenance team for a little too long and Rick took his time to explain maintenance to me and help me thoroughly with ordering and was more knowledgeable about the items we use as well as knew our shops layout and helped me restock our shop. He has also made a custom catalog for my property to make it 10x easier to order with him. He has been the best help during this stressful time with no maintenance team.
This company seems to have a problem when it comes to making deliveries. I had to order the same item four times because they had a problem delivering to my address. Nothing unusual I live in the city on a regular Street. There should be no excuse for non-delivery. After not receiving the item for a fourth time I finally told them to forget it and I would find someone else that carries the product.
This company is super shady. I ordered supplies from them online, followed the coupon code restrictions and some how my total is always $200+ more than had I not used the coupon. I called the 1-800 number and got the run around and was told that certain things I put in my cart was restricted so I removed them and this kept going on until I had nothing left in my cart! So then I started adding things that they said was not restricted and yet, wouldn't you know it, the coupon code still doesn't work. This company is ripping pe... read more
