I a screen for HD Supply. After several weeks, they sent me the wrong item. They could not send me a return label, or find a cariier to pick-up and return the item. I call their customer services 5-5 times about getting my money back, and they refused to return money or provide another item. The agent told me that the carrier they used is the ones who are responsible--not them. They wouldn’t return money.
