If you ever consider renting a property managed by this company, think twice and then RUN AWAY from them as far as you can! This will be a long review but worthy of reading. First, they didn’t gave us the keys of the house we rented in time because, supposedly they hired someone to clean the house. We went into the house and it was extremely dirty. Zero stars. This firm and specifically James Rummel who will be reported to the board has cost my family thousands of dollars. Do not give your business to them in anyway and if you have be warned. I’m absolutely shocked at the lack of ethics people have and to do so in an arena where your reputation is everything and on display potentially is brazen.

Not a reputable company! As an owner, avoid this property management company at all costs. My account was transferred between four property managers within one year without my knowledge. I asked for the property manager to keep me informed as to a tenants move out and what they were charging her for since I did a walkthrough close to the end of the lease and the notice was sent without my review or consent.
