Very happy! Reasonably priced service call. Steve was professional, efficient, and knows his stuff! He educated me about what he was doing and how I can do some of my own maintenance to extend the life of my garage door. Amber, who scheduled my appointment was helpful and polite as we played phone tag for several days. I’m a pleased and grateful customer!
The garage door spring broke. They were very responsive. Answered my questions and repaired my door the same afternoon that I called. Amanda was very friendly and both she and Steven provided excellent customer service and were professional. I will definitely use them again.
This business is top notch! Steven and his wife Amber are terrific! I am a repeat customer from years ago as my spring needed replacing. Steven was here the next day after I called to let them know what happened. I talked to Amber who was fantastic setting up the time for Steven the next day. He even arrived over 2 hours early. The price was less than I thought as I never compared shop. That's how much I like them! Please call them!!! You won't be sorry!

Steve arrived on time and quickly identified the issue with the garage door. The builder had installed both doors incorrectly. Both doors were expertly repaired. Pricing was fair. I will definitely use HD Garage Door Services for all future needs. I have already recommended them to a neighbor.
