purchased a 2017 MINI Cooper through Robert Castellanos and picked up the vehicle at this dealership location, believing I was buying a reliable car for daily and family use. Less than 5 days later — before even receiving the official title — the vehicle developed severe mechanical problems and became practically undrivable. Update: In response to the business’s reply — their statement does not reflect the actual facts of this transaction. The down payment was completed as agreed at the time of purchase. There was no outstanding balance under the terms presented to me. More importantly, the vehicle developed a major engine failure in less than three weeks and is currently in the shop. I stand by my review based on my direct experience. This concludes my public comment on this matter.
