They are just the worst. If I could give zero stars I would. They are ignoring their emergency medical plan And refusing to cover an emergency surgery where I had to go out of tier one because we didn’t have a tier one provider so I had to go to a tier 2 provider out of state. Under my plans, provision there to be covering that at a tier one since a tier one wasn’t available in my region and it was an emergency. They’re ignoring their emergency plan provision. Constantly denying claims that should be covered which leads me to being on the phone for HOURS to get things fixed and finally paid. Would never recommend to anyone.

Hands down the worst insurer I've ever dealt with. Not even located in Montana, outsources all their processes, gives you the runaround on all their policies, makes everything difficult, and impossible to get somebody on the phone to dispute EOB's. Avoid.
