Worst insurance I've ever had. Now been seeing Dr for 2 months for my hand having issues. Dr ordered an MRI. And insurance said xray first. Did xray. Then they said physical therapy first. Been doing physical therapy fpr a month no change. So still haven't gotten an MRI. I've had a torn ligament in the other hand and it's what it feels like. Worst customer service representatives ever. Rude. Not helpful. Won’t lift a finger but collect my premiums all the same. Sometimes I wonder why I have health coverage when they deny me all the time and make it impossible to appeal AND get somewhere. THIS ORGANIZATION IS FOUL.
Terrible experience from a company that cares nothing about the patient and only wants your money. The only responsive customer service rep was the one who called to get feedback on my dismal experience trying over and over again to get scans approved. Do not do business with this inept organization.
BC/BS of MT sends its calls through a call center in the Philippines and you are denied the opportunity to ever speak with a human being who can help you. it is a corrupt, bait-and-switch operation designed to ensure you never speak to anyone qualified to help you. In addition, to spending an hour and a half on the phone being shuttled to different numbers, one representative had a rooster crowing in the immediate background so I could not hear her.
