The BCBSMT app never works. Every single time I use it there’s an issue.
This is the WORST company to try and get authorizations through. I have entered all the information OVER AND OVER again. I have memorized the automated responses and it doesn't matter what you say it just sends you wherever it wants. 800-447-7828 is the number for providers. Bcbs in particular is difficult but BCBS of Montana is the absolute worst. Tried to get info on plans, transferred 3 times and never got to the right people.
This review section makes me feel so good; I thought I was the reason that they were being so difficult to communicate. I would choose zero rating if there were an option.
