I have worked with Laura and her team at HCR on their office space for several years and have enjoyed working with everyone I have met there. They are friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

I don't know why doctor's office is refer you to this place they suck!! Usually you're referred to a nurse to follow up after a surgery or a hospital stay and then they don't show up for weeks on end and then when they do show up they tell you that they can't offer you any services to help you! That's all a lie! When you need help after a surgery they are delayed they tell you that they didn't get reports that they didn't get referrals and that's not true because it was sent for my doctor's office to them three times! I called HRC to set up home care after being discharged from the hospital for a fractured tibial plateau. The in take nurse was very knowledgeable and caring. Nick was my physical therapist. He was able to get me to my next step to outpatient therapy. Nick listened to any concerns or questions I had. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. Alysa was my occupational therapist. I have had HCR for over 2 years and have positive experiences. Bi-weekly visits to set up medications for 2 weeks. Case manager is available to set up transportation to Doctors appointments. My Care Manager is also available to help with my Doctors when needs be. She also helps me when I need to find special services.
