RUN. Run fast. Run ****** NOT engage with this company. Do NOT lease from them. DO NOT ENGAGE.I lived in an HCM managed property in ************ for a year. Gabby was the salesperson and what a disaster she was. Land lords RUN DO NOT USE this company. They will not honor any of their guarantees. The only guarantee they will honor is taking your money. My property had $12,000, not including the carpet) worth of damages under their watch. Dogs had damaged the carpet. They guarantee to pay up to $1500 outside of tenants deposit for pet damages. FALSE they will not give you a ***** for pet damages. I was told to get it from the tenants. They claim to verify service animals FALSE, they dont verify anything. Complete and total scammers. ********************* PROMISED me that if I left air conditioning units in the house that I would receive credit for it. She also acknowledged how BAD the condition of the house was when I rented it. So when I leave what happens? they TAKE half my security deposit and try to hang a bunch of stuff that was THAT WAY when I rented the place on me. If they tell you something DO NOT TRUST THEM as they are not trustworthy in ANY WAY

We had a terrible experience with HCM Property Management, specially their agent, Gabby. At first, our move-in seemed easy and they promised to take care of everything that was reported to be bad with the unit. However, we ended up not having AC for almost a month during the summer, after several requests to fix the unit, complaints of neighbors about the loud sound of it, and our insistency that our requests were expedited. I am a tenant at a property in ****** managed by HCM Property Management. We just moved into our property and on the 2nd day, our dishwasher broke. We submitted a repair request on-line and within 48 hours, they had come to the house to see if they could fix it, figured out they could not, and then installed a brand new dishwasher for us. We have only been here a short time, but if they respond this quickly to every issue, they get a thumbs up from us!********************

Our first year with HCM was excellent. Joan was communicative, helpful and knowledgeable. When she left HCM we were placed with a different property manager. This turned our very positive experience into an unfortunate one. Our new manager does not seem to have any prior experience in this position, and does not return phone calls. I will not be recommending this company based on my experiences over last few months.
