My family couldnt be more impressed with HCM Hospice, especially Mina our regular nurse and Anna, our regular nurse aide. They were wonderful to my dad, attentive to every need, being proactive in helping us have everything we needed and following up with any questions, concerns or treatments. We couldn't have gotten through the most difficult time in our lives without them.

We were overwhelmed by the kindness, care, professionalism, punctuality and communication. My dad was at Menger Springs in Boerne which is equally as great and the staff at Menger Springs commented multiple times how Hill Country Hospice was the best hospice they had ever seen. HCM Hospice brought supplies when they said they would. They were on top of patient and family care. They arrived when they said they would. Everyone in this hospice is wonderful, except for "Dr." Yvonne Haug. I understand she was once in private practice. I can definitely see if a person went to her once, they would never go back. My 99 year old mother was taken to ER. When the ER doc said he thought she needed to be put on Hospice, I agreed to it. First, a hospice nurse shows up. Super sweet, kind, etc. Can't say enough. Then, when Dr. Haug finally shows, she probably doesn't get within 2-3 feet of my mother and hasn't been there 3-5 seconds and rudely states "... read more
Everyone from Dr. Holt, Chrissy Schuch Molter, Irene, Holly, Greg, Victor and can't think of everyone that made my moms last few days comfortable there are no words to tell how grateful my family and I are to you all. I don't know how I could have gotten through those last few days. All I can say is Thank You and that isn't enough.
